SEEDS is a dynamic group of young Catholics adults, ranging in age from 21-39(single or married), who are searching for our fertile grounds as in the parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:3-9). SEEDS is NOT a Catholic Singles group. Our members cover the spectrum in how they define and practice their faith. Our members are made up from the entire Catholic community of the Bryan/College Station area. We hope to see you at these and other upcoming SEEDS events. Please feel free to invite a friend to any of these events!

Join Austin-area Christians on Friday, September 21st, 8-9 p.m., for this candlelight service of contemplative prayer with music from Taizé, Scripture readings, and silent adoration.
We join in Christ’s prayer that all those who believe in Him may be one, so that the world may believe that the Father sent Him, and that the Father loves them as he loves Christ (John 17:20-23). St. Mary Cathedral is located at 203 E. 10th St. (one block east of Congress).
For more information, see Pierre’s Yahoo Group and call St. Mary Cathedral at 476-6182.

Topic: “The Searching Heart” presented by Pat Stankus
Location Change - This event has moved from the north location to our Central Austin location.
Mother Egan’s Pub (715. W 6th Street)
Pat Stankus will present “The Searching Heart.” Stankus, a spiritual director in Austin, will discuss how faith gives our lives a framework, a meaning and a passion so that we can discover our direction in life and our gifts. On this journey we need the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Scripture and participation in the Eucharistic life of a faith community. We never journey alone, but always with God and with companions. We find that all of life leads us to become spiritually whole and holy.
